The hotel was enchanting and wonderful in general. the staff at the reception desk were really kind. - the location was unbeatable and magnificent, not too far from Farm Gagelgat.

It was very cold! Offering Internet access with 5 eur / hour is a shame. 90% of other hotels have Internet for free.

The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, with all the necessary amenities, including a non-working heating system; the location was fantastic, and the surrounding area was wonderful.

The staff was very courteous, the restaurant is very good and the breakfast buffet has a lot to choose from. We loved the dinner, you can enjoy it on the outside tables and just relax with a glass of wine

Wonderful hotel, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it had great food and unbeatable location in the forest. Our room was impeccably clean and huge and provided with a non working heating, a separate block plus the bedroom. Everything seemed perfect, immaculately clean and the staff were amazingly nice and super-friendly people at the reception desk. I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in a beautiful countryside location. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I was impressed with the variety of amenities offered, such as bicycle hire, housekeeping services, and a convenient laundry service. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch and made me feel instantly welcomed. My room was well-appointed and had all the necessary amenities, including heating, a cozy sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. I also enjoyed spending time on the spacious terrace, sipping my coffee and taking in the serene surroundings.

fletcher exceeded expectations during our weekend trip in utrecht. staff was friendly and engaging, room spacious for family, and restaurant service prompt and enjoyable.

breakfast disappointing, lacked variety

It is a "warm" , friendly hotel. You feel at ease there. The terace is fine. Location in de centre of Holland. You can walk in the woods and sand dunes. Access is easily. Shops and restaurants, museums and zoo nearby.

Great location for families visiting nearby theme park. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The staff were attentive and helpful, going beyond the call of duty to arrange park tickets and help us with our bikes.

The hotel was situated in a convenient location to explore the area, with access to other sight-seeing activities. the room was well-equipped and clean, with a comfortable bed. the bathroom had a spacious shower cubicle. Breakfast could be improved but still was adequate.

Noise levels were high, making it difficult to sleep at times.
